Ouptput and F change

Hello, I would appreciate your help,
If I have 3 Models, why do I have Fchange in model 1?
I don't have a change, because their is no model before, So what are the values in model 1?

1)What is the meaning of F change in model 1?
2)What is the meaning of df1 and df2 in model 1?
